Have you ever tried knafeh? How about a knafeh cheesecake? Omnia is local to the DMV-area, creates these highly sought-after knafeh confections from the heart, and they're DIVINE! I've been watching Omnia create delicious meals and sweets for months and was so thrilled to try out her Knafeh Cheesecakes. I ordered one with the traditional crust, but you can also order this with a graham crust) I knew the knafeh was going to be amazing, but I didn't realize I was going to fall in love with her cheesecakes and knafeh donuts, too.

Have you ever had a flancake? It's flan + cake made perfectly together by Gaby, the Flancake Queen and I'm in love!
